Q. This is my first order, how long will it take to setup/prepare my custom logo?

   A.It depends on your logo – some logos are more complicated than others. If your artwork is clean, it can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks to complete the setup. Usually, a vector-based logo or a sharp JPG or GIF logo can be done within days.

Q. My company has a new employee. Do I have to pay the setup fee again when ordering just one shirt?

   A. No – as long as you use the same logo that we have on file, you’ll never pay for setup again regardless of quantity.

Q. I’ve ordered my company logowear from you before, now I need another logo-shirt. Can I just reorder one piece at the same rate I paid previously? Or do I have to pay a premium?

   A. You can reorder any quantity for the same rate as before – no premium is required. And NO setup fee is required, either.

Q. If I’ve ordered from you before, and want the same logo as before – how long will it take to process my order?

   A. We can process your order the same day if it arrives before 1:00 P.M. PST.

Q. What is the difference btween Structure and Un-Structure caps?

   A. Structure cap style is constructed with a hard underlay Plastic mesh. Un-Structure cap style is not built with that feature.

Q. Is the Polar Fleece Vest required dry-clean?

   A. No. You can machine-wash as the label's instruction

Q. Is the 100% combed cotton and the 100% ring spun cotton the same?

   A. No. The 100% Ring Spun Cotton is softer, more durable.
